Videoconference information

The EUGridPMA meeting video conference will be hosted by IN2P3. Please see connection information below. Querying the RMS (MCU) system can be done via the web interface at http://vacs.in2p3.fr/, where you can also find all connection information and help pages. You need H.323 equipment (Polycom, Codian, &c) to connect to the conferences. Usually, this is a hardware setup, but it can be done with specialized software as well (vPoint, Polycom) and an echo-cancelling audio device. If you do not have such a setup, you can dial in by phone to +33 (0)4 26 68 73 00 and give the conference number and passcode. If you have a speaker-phone, make sure it has a mute button, or good echo-cancellation...
Important: NetMeeting is not supported as an H323 client!

To find the video confernces on-line, use the Search Form, and look for conferences owned by davidg@nikhef.nl.
