The 61st EUGridPMA meeting, in conjunction with AARC TREE and Community on Policy and GN5-1 EnCo will take place in The Coseners House, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, UK, from Wednesday May 29, 09:30, 2023 till Thursday May 30, 17:00, 2023 and is hosted by STFC RAL (UKRI) .

Logistics

The meeting will be held in-person in Abingdon (UK), at the The Coseners House, Abbey Close Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and remote participation options will be possible in a Zoom room. There will be two days of IGTF/EUGridPMA, all in the Garden Room:

  • Wednesday, from 09.30 till 17.00 CEST (Introduction and mostly PKIX fabric)
  • Thursday, from 09.00 till 17.00 CEST (mostly EnCo, GN51, and AARC)
Abingdon is easily accessible by public transport, going via Oxford and a direct bus to the centre of Abingdon (which is a very walkable and compact place). To get to Oxford from Heathrow, use the OXF airline couch, which takes about 90min direct and leaves from both LHR central bus station and from Terminal 5. It's quite comfortable (and has wifi), and takes contactless.

A number of rooms at Coseners itself is avalable, and you can book these rooms by sending a mail to coseners.events@ at the usual mail domain of STFC. There are some other options in the area closeby

  • The Coseners House - send a mail with the EUGridPMA booking code to the address in the logistics email
  • The Crown and Thistle about 5 min walk away

Videoconference

Videoconferencing will be available using Nikhef Zoom virtual rooms. We strongly advise you to connect using the Zoom client available for your platform for best quality in a personal setting. If you plan to use a room videoconferencing system (H.323 or SIP based), also please do let the chair know beforehand.
