Minutes of the meeting

Logistics

The meeting will be held in-person at CERN, Geneva (CH), but remote participation options will remain possible in a Zoom room. There will be three sessions:

  • Tuesday, from 09.30 till 17.00 CEST (Introduction and PKIX fabric)
  • Wednesday, from 09.30 till 17.00 CEST (AARC G071 self-assessment day)
  • Thursday, from 09.30 till ~17.00 CEST (EnCo & AARC Policy)

Accomodation options are listed on the CERN Indico agenda page. CERN has an on-site Hostel that may be accessible in this period as well.

The EUGridPMA meeting agenda will become available from the links below. Use the on-line meeting materials link to attach your presentations (upload password will be given to you at the meeting venue or on request).

Videoconference

Videoconferencing will be available using CERN Zoom virtual rooms. We strongly advise you to connect using the Zoom client available for your platform for best quality in a personal setting. If you plan to use a room videoconferencing system (H.323 or SIP based), also please do let the chair know beforehand.
