Logistics

The meeting will be held virtually, and remote participation options will remain possible in a Nikhef Zoom virtual meeting room. There will be three sessions:

  • Tuesday afternoon, from 13.30 till 17.00 CEST
  • Wednesday morning, from 09.30 till 12.30 CEST
  • Thursday afternoon, from 13.30 till 17.00 CEST

Videoconference

Videoconferencing will be available using Nikhef Zoom virtual rooms. We strongly advise you to connect using the Zoom client available for your platform for best quality in a personal setting. If you plan to use a room videoconferencing system (H.323 or SIP based), also please do let the chair know beforehand.
