Minutes of the meeting
LogisticsThe meeting will be held in-person in Garching near Munich, but remote participation options will remain possible in an LRZ Zoom virtual meeting room. There will be three sessions:
Getting to Munich from central Europe may be most convenient by (ICE) train. From slightly further away, fly to Munich airport (IATA:MUC, ICAO:EDDM) and then use public transport. You can either stay in the city centre, and just take the U6 metroline each day (it takes you right to the front door of LRZ, 20-30min from the city centre, see https://moovitapp.com/munchen-3144/lines/U6/281676/1/en, Eur9,50 per day, return). That way you are closer to restaurants and trust building opportunities. You can also stay in the village of Garching near LRZ (~10-15min walking):
Any travel and Covid restriction in effect can be found on the Bavarian catastrophe protection web (german language site). Please note that for the moment 2G corona measures currently apply to guests - this means, guests must be recovered or vaccinated, and wearning a FFP-2 mask is mandatory inside. Sorry ... hopefully these measures get lifted before May 23rd. Meeting informationThe EUGridPMA meeting agenda will become available from the links below. Use the on-line meeting materials link to attach your presentations (upload password will be given to you at the meeting venue or on request).
VideoconferenceVideoconferencing will be available using Nikhef Zoom virtual rooms. We strongly advise you to connect using the Zoom client available for your platform for best quality in a personal setting. If you plan to use a room videoconferencing system (H.323 or SIP based), also please do let the chair know beforehand.
